Hey Coaches, Bench Staff & Parents!
We are very excited to be the chosen apparel provider for Provincials. We want to make the order process clear, easy and enjoyable. We also want to make the pick up process easy and erase the idea of line ups at the tournament. The following method worked great for Eastern’s last year so we’re doing this method again.
If you're ready to place an order great! We've made it easy for you. Simply shop the site and add your players items to your cart. In terms of ordering, the team can place an order or a parent or a player... anyone. We can ship it to you or you can choose free pick up at the tournament during the checkout process.
Whether you place a team order or place an individual order, the tournament pick up process is the same. Please indicate the team name and coaches name in the text box provided during the checkout process. If you attempt an order, you'll see what we mean. All orders will be individually bagged and marked with your name on it and organized into team boxes. One bench staff from each team will pick up the order. This eliminates line ups. Because we’ve bagged and marked your orders, the handout process will be easy. Each order will have the packing slip included so you know exactly what you ordered when you receive it. We'll contact the team to sort out who will pick up the team box as we get closer to the tournament date.
Pick ups will occur during the first and second day of the tournament. We are flexible. You must indicate your full team name and coaches name in the text box section of the checkout process. This is important. It keeps us organized.
Payments:
Payment must be received before we begin production on your order. If you’re paying by credit card go ahead and order just like you would for an online store.

Cheques are made payable to Hometown Rivalry.
